While attending training last year, I was first introduced to doTERRA Balance® I did not understand what the excitement was about. Well, now I start and end my day with to doTERRA Balance® It's a "grounding" blend with perfect amounts of Spruce Leaf, Ho Wood Leaf, Frankincense Resin, Blue Tansy Flower, Blue Chamomile Flower, and Osmanthus Flower essential oils in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil. The blend is calming and soothing. The blend does stabilize your emotions.

Are you ready to try some DIY projects with essential oils? Try this doTERRA Balance® shower tablets. You just need baking soda, water and doTERRA Balance®.

Makeup Remover Wipes
Bring some joy in your day - try this DIY Essential Oils Recipe
This next recipe is a "must have" in your toiletries. There have been quite a number of make up remover wipes that has been introduced in the market. They are ridiculously pricey and who knows what's in them. This DIY make up remover works extremely well. You just need witch hazel, fractionated coconut oil, melalueca oil and some paper towels.

DIY Coconut Salt Scrub
I say it's useless to be piling lotion or moisturizing skin product without exfoliating. Clean your face and body well and then use this DIY Coconut Salt Scrub to get rid of your dead skin cells. You need virgin coconut oil, epsom salt, fractionated coconut oil and your  favorite essential oil.

How about getting your "sexy" back. The Sexy Boom Boom Roller oozes with sex appeal you can't help but feel sexy with it.

Do you have "Oscar the Grouch" lurking in the dark spaces of your house. Try this simple DIY recipe using Lavender and any grounding blend like this one. This simple combination doesn't need a roller but you can certainly put the 10 to 20 drops of the essential oils in a 10 ml roller and top it off with fractionated coconut oil.

The next DIY recipe is sure to give you a nice "spring" outlook in the morning. The Hummingbird Recipe has the right combination of essential oils to help you feel happy. It will bring back some joy in your day. You will need a "focus" blend such as doTERRA InTune, a "grounding" blend like doTERRA Balance®, lavender, a calming blend like doTERRA Serenity, Hawaiian Sandalwood and Vetiver.

If you have kids, you will want to have a sport or muscle support spray in your car, at home or in your purse. This simple spritzer is sure to keep tears away.

How about essential oils for our guys? They may not think it's manly to use essential oils, hey, what do they know?
I use my men's formula on my guy by rolling it on his neck and back. You can be playful when applying your his roller.

Don't forget - a clean house is a happy house. I am so done with toxic cleansers. Whenever I get exposed to their smells (like in the hospital) my breathing gets a bit dicey.

DIY Car Clothes Spin Diffuser

This a fun project that is easy to do and just as easy to personalize. I made a handful with my nephew last weekend. Please note, car air vents have different sizes. Before starting your project, make sure your clothes spin will securely attach to you car's air vents. I used paper flowers and ribbon. However, as you can see from the picture, you can also use felt or leather swatches.

Now that spring is here, we're starting to plan our gardens. Some of my friends are starting seedlings already. Well a good coffee body scrub or hand scrub is in order for the garden season! The coffee gets into the crevices of your cuticles and takes the gunk out. All you need is some Grapefruit essential oil, Cypress Essential Oil essential oil, coffee, olive oil and a glass jar with a lid.

These next 2 recipes are crucial after the harshness of winter.
Did the winter months leave your hair dry and or brittle? If so, this DIY Soothing Hair Serum with essential oils is for you. You need 20 drops each geranium, melaleuca, rosemary and ylang ylang essential oils.

You also need fractionated coconut oil. I would apply this serum at least twice a week in the spring.

Do you suffer from dry or cracked heels? This wonderful DIY Smoothing Heel Cream works wonders.
Before applying, exfoliate your heels with a loofah or Amope. You need coconut oil, vitamin oil as well as 10 drops each of melaleuca, geranium and lavender essential oils.

What do you think? Wanna try to invite friends over for a party? Let me know what DIY blends you tried from the list above. Was it fun making a mess?
