10 Ways To Boost Your Energy with Essential Oils

Winter may seem to drag on especially on cold rainy or snowy days. For a very short while, hibernating under a blanket may be a good idea.

It may be a good time to binge on some tv sitcom episodes. While vegetating may feel cozy, periods of rest quickly become counter productive. Your neck and shoulder muscles may fatigued from sitting or laying down in the same position for more than a few hours.

These overtired muscles need some revving up, pronto! Here are 10 Ways to boost your energy with essential oils:

1. Go for an early morning walk. Apply 
Breathe®Essential Oil Blend on chest. Practice deep breaths while walking.

2. Take one drop of Frankinscense sublingualy and diffuse citrus oils to uplift your mood. Try this diffuser from Amazon. I've had mine since August of 2017. I use it everyday and it is still kicking.

3. Apply InTune®essential oil blend over your 
For some warmth, add peppermint essential oil to your hot cocoa.
 heart and start tackling your to-do list. 

4. Diffuse wild orange after lunch for a quick "pick me up." Avoid caffeine,  your energy will just crash before the afternoon is over.

5. Use Citrus Bliss®on pulse points midday and take another walk.

6. Heat up a cup of water in the microwave and add a drop of ginger. It is good for digestion and will give you a warm feeling all over.  

7. Prepare pasta for dinner. Make your pasta sauce with 1 drop of oregano essential oil. If you live in a remote location like I do, take advantage of Amazon Prime Pantry or Amazon Subscribe and Save.

8. Mix 1 drop of black pepper essential oil with about 3 teaspoons of fractionated coconut oil or any other carrier oil of your choice. Use this blend on your hands and feet before you head outside.

9. Mix a batch of sugar scrub using clove essential oil. Wash your hands with the sugar scrub or while in the shower, use the scrub all over your body. Here's a simple sugar scrub recipe.

10. Flavor your hot cocoa with peppermint essential oil. This recipe is great to do in a
slow cooker and served when your kids are playing in the snow.
