Dinner With Cumin and Tangerine Essential Oil |
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb frozen veggies (I had an "Asian" mix on hand)
1 tsp canola oil (optional)
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce (mild)
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute ground beef with garlic. Depending on the fat content of your ground beef, you may not need to add oil. When the ground beef is thoroughly cooked, add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Add frozen veggies. Just before the veggies get done, add the sauce below.
Sauce
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp soy sauce (mild)
1 drop cumin essential oil
1 drop tangerine essential oil
Warm up the broth. Add soy sauce and 1 drop each of tangerine essential oil and cumin essential oil. The cumin essential oil will give your dinner a mild spicy flavor. You won't need more than a drop.

Hints:
Add tangerine essential oil and cumin essential oil at the very last minute. Essential oils are volatile.
It's a good idea to dilute essential oils in the coconut or canola oil before adding them to your dish.
Citrus fruit flavor and soy sauce combination is common in Asian cuisine
